Hey there, my name is Kristen :) I'm 19 years old and a junior in college. I'm finally living on my own, so I feel like this is the perfect time to focus on myself and what habits will help me be healthy and happy.

Ahhh good day :)

So I woke up pretty late today… 11:30… oops, but it felt sooo good! I was so tired last night… I fell asleep with my bedroom light on, and didn’t wake up and turn it off until 7 this morning haha. 

I went to the gym and worked super hard. I haven’t been getting sore lately from my workouts, which I know means I’m gaining endurance…  but I felt like I wasn’t working hard enough. I’m pretty sure I’ll be sore tomorrow though ;) I’ve had problems with running lately… It almost feels like my shins are bending when I run, which makes it almost impossible to run for over a minute or two. Today, for some reason, I was able to run for over 5 minutes without stopping, which is a pretty big deal for me! I’m super excited about it! Then I just worked on abs and arms for awhile. 

Now I’m just eating dinner…. I cooked the most amazing chicken fettucini alfredo EVER… yeah, I know, not super healthy, but I’m using whole wheat noodles and having the correct portion sizes :) It’s good to treat yourself every once in awhile :)

Today’s been a good day. Hope tomorrow is lovely too! <3
